A mentat feels it is a neuron because a mentat knows neurons exist and how they function. Because a mentat can ask that question at any time.

And because an individual neuron does not have a gender, the mentat does not mind being referred to as a neuter being, as an it. Although a mentat does have a gender, when functioning as a mentat its gender is irrelevant.

A mentat feels it can transmit and absorb information through bodily rhythm; and through sound and motion.

And this is just a myth. It is just a story. It is just a metaphor. And a mentat knows that an idea is not literally real.
